Using artificial intelligence, we analyze up to 160 different data points for each address in Germany, including dimensions, key figures, and environmental data. Which documents and information does SustainProp require from me?
Thanks to our extensive database, we can already utilize many relevant pieces of information for your property, saving you valuable time. For an individual renovation roadmap (iSFP), however, we do require some specific documents, including building permit applications, construction descriptions, floor plans, sections, elevations, and thermal protection certificates. Supplementary documents such as appraisals or thermographic images are helpful but not mandatory. The required documents can be conveniently uploaded to our system.
